These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gooji mobile application (the "App") provided by Twinshore International Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Gooji, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Gooji is a conversational personal-finance assistant. It lets you link financial accounts, ask questions about your finances in natural language, and receive summaries, charts, budgets, plans, and other informational insights generated with the help of artificial intelligence.
Gooji provides informational and educational insights only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be relied upon as such.
Gooji is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or accountant, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the App. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before acting on anything you see in Gooji, consult a qualified professional who can consider your specific circumstances.
Gooji uses third-party artificial-intelligence models to interpret your questions and generate responses. AI output can be wrong, misleading, or "hallucinated." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including any numbers, charts, projections, or plans. Always verify important information against your own records and statements.
Gooji uses Plaid Inc. to connect to your financial institutions. By linking an account, you authorize us and Plaid to access and use your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy and in Plaid's terms. We do not control your financial institutions or Plaid, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data they provide. Gooji is a read-only tool and does not move money or execute transactions on your behalf.

The App, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Twinshore International Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.
The App relies on third-party services including Plaid, Anthropic, Supabase, and Apple. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Twinshore International Holdings LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON ITS OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinshore International Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of California, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
